Do they fit big or small?

Fit can vary slightly depending on the product. To make it easy for you, we include a note at the bottom of each product’s size guide indicating whether that style runs true to size, larger, or smaller.

Do they fit wide feet?

They do! If you have wider feet, we suggest sizing up for the best comfort.

Are they as comfy as they look?

Definitely! They’re designed to keep you comfortable all day, wherever you go.

What are they made of?

Our slides are crafted from premium EVA and plush materials, built for soft cushioning, lasting comfort, and durability.

📦Shipping & Delivery

Where is my order?

As soon as your order is packed and on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking info. If you don’t see a confirmation within 2 business days, just drop us a quick email or message.

How long does shipping take?

We ship anywhere in the United States and worldwide. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days.

Most orders take 3-7 business days to arrive, but may take up to 10 business days due to unexpected delays.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Tracking says delivered. What do I do?

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it’s actually dropped off. First, check common and unusual spots — your porch, with neighbors, at your leasing office, or any safe area around your home. Packages are occasionally left in unexpected places.

If your order was marked “delivered,” please allow up to 2 business days for it to arrive. If it still hasn’t shown up after that time, reach out to us by email and we’ll be happy to help right away.

🔄Returns & Exchanges

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

Something off with your order? No stress — we’ve got you covered! Just reach out to us and include a few photos so we can figure out what went wrong and fix it fast.

I need to cancel or change my order!

We understand — it happens! Please email us right away with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL, and we’ll do our best to process your request.

Because we work quickly to ship orders, sometimes they’re processed before updates can be made. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow our returns process instead. For this reason, we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, so we encourage you to review your items carefully before checkout.

Do you have a returns policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

Can I return my order for a refund?

We understand — sometimes our slides just aren’t the perfect fit. You’re welcome to return your item(s) within 15 days for a full refund.

Please note, a $5 return processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page or during checkout. To qualify, items must be in their original, unworn condition with the swing tag and bow attached.

Wrong size, what now?

Need a different size? No problem — it happens! You can return your item(s) within 15 days for an exchange to a new size.

We’re happy to offer free exchanges on all eligible orders.

Please note: Not every item qualifies for exchange. Any exclusions will be clearly listed on the product page or at checkout. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with the swing tag and bow attached.

How do I return?

To start a return, you can contact us and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are returns free?

Exchanges: free

Refunds: a $5 return processing fee (for each item returned) will be applied to the total amount that was paid for the order

How soon will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Is my payment data safe with you?

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, plus many more!

How do I use a discount code?

Sale time — who doesn’t love saving a little extra? At checkout, you’ll see a box on the first page where you can enter your discount code. Be sure to click ‘Apply’ before continuing, so you know exactly how much you’re saving before payment.

Please note: Only one discount code can be applied per order. If you’d like to use multiple bundles or discounts, we recommend placing separate orders. Strikethrough prices may already reflect a discount mentioned in the product description. Always check your email offers for details on which items each code applies to (e.g., single bundle orders only).
